Good hotel with free Wi-Fi, outdoor dining, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find my route the first time I visited. I'd recommend enjoying their delicious breakfasts. I'm coming back for a holiday!

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location next to volcano and local wildlife, hiking and a nearby restaurant, restaurants and cafes were a short walk to the hotel. I had quick bite at La Choza de Laurel, it was nearby...

Breakfast options were diverse and delicious, but parking was limited in the hotel area.

Staff were supper friendly, rooms were updated and equipped with the communal terrace, amazing views plus the sounds of the jungle. The breakfast was fantastic and delicious with a beautiful view of Arenal: you could find toast and pancakes

The hotel was good small and in a central location not far from various stores within 10 minutes and bars and restaurants in minutes and all the restraunts. We had lunch in La Choza de Laurel, placed close by.

Enjoy the complimentary fruit punch in the room, a refreshing treat after exploring, but clarify room service details to avoid unexpected charges.

The breakfast was excellent, with different dishes each morning served on a beautiful balcony overlooking the volcano.

Unfortunately, the room I was in lacked a proper window that could be opened, which affected the natural light.

Staying at Lodge By Treebu Hotels was a good choice. The outdoor dining area provided a tranquil spot to enjoy breakfast while soaking in the lush surroundings. Our Premium Suite with Volcano View had a fine balcony. Waking up to the sight of Arenal Volcano was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with several delicious options each morning. The location was convenient but still quiet, just a few blocks from the main plaza. One downside, however, was the limited parking. We often found ourselves having to park on the street. The staircase access may not be ideal for everyone, especially those with heavy luggage. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hospitality from the staff was nice, as they were always there to assist with our needs.

In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly activities would enhance our stay.

Staying here was a nice experience, especially with the vibrant breakfast options that included delicious scrambled eggs. Parking was quite limited and accessing certain rooms involves navigating steep stairs, which might be a challenge for some. Noise from nearby establishments interrupted the tranquility at times.

Ian is the best!

Ian, the host, was super helpful, letting us borrow his kitchen to cook and sharing local tips. The outdoor dining area was so chill, perfect for enjoying meals while soaking up nature. One thing-wifi was hit-or-miss, but it wasn't a dealbreaker for us.

I had an amazing stay with fantastic views of Arenal Volcano and savored the delicious breakfast with great variety! the shared patio experience wasn't as private as expected. Would totally come back!

The staff was super helpful, providing us with a hair dryer when we asked since it wasn't in our room. A good tip is to prepare for stairs if you're on the upper floors.
